Our refund policy is as follows: For online courses, a full refund is available within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. For workshops, refunds are available up to 30 days before the workshop date. No refunds will be provided for missed workshops or after the refund deadline.

All transactions are processed securely. We use industry-standard encryption technologies to protect your payment information.

6. Limitation of Liability

PanelVerse Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site or Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
